One of the best-kept secrets in the War on Terror is that Rome is creating a powerful international mercenary army made up of the best Special Forces from all the armies of the world.  This army, pound for pound just may well be like none other for power, speed, and training. It is called Blackwater, headed by a radical Roman Catholic, and led by executives who boast of being members of the Knights of Malta.

 

Positioned to Exert Decisive Force

If, under the onslaught of another 9-11 type attack, the Constitution is suspended, as General Tommy Franks has said would happen, and a general breakdown of society threatens, the most powerful Roman Catholic international army in the world – what may well be the most powerful mercenary Special Forces military in the world – Blackwater, USA, has positioned itself to exert decisive power in national and international events. It has already deployed in America in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

 

Civil and Ecclesiastical Tyranny Go Hand in Hand

The great and renowned British jurist, William Blackstone, in his Commentaries on the Laws of England, writes of “truth of that ancient observation; that, in all ages and in countries, civil and ecclesiastical tyranny are mutually productive of each other.” –William Blackstone, Commentaries on the Laws of England, book IV, chapter 8, paragraph 2, pp. 102, 103.

 

Because Civil and Ecclesiastical, or religious, freedom go hand in hand, and because Civil and Ecclesiastical, or religious, tyranny go hand in hand, every threat to Civil Liberty affects Religious Liberty and thus must be exposed as a clear and present threat to Freedom of Conscience.

 

Heavily Armed Blackwater Men Patrol American City

 

“The men from Blackwater USA arrived in New Orleans right after Hurricane Katrina hit on August 29, 2005. The company beat the federal government and most aid organizations to the scene as 150 heavily armed Blackwater troops dressed in full battle gear spread out into the chaos of New Orleans… Some patrolled the streets in SUV’s with tinted windows and Blackwater logo splashed on the back; an unmarked car with no license plates. They wore khaki uniforms, wraparound sunglasses, beige or black military boots, and had Blackwater company Ids strapped to their bulging arms. All of them were heavily armed – some with m-4 automatic weapons, capable of firing nine hundred rounds per minute, or shotguns. This despite police commissioner Eddie Compass’s claim that ‘Only law enforcement are allowed to have weapons.’

 

A Totally New Thing: To Have Guys Like Us Working CONUS

“In an hour-long conversation in the French Quarter, four Blackwater troops characterized their work in New Orleans as ‘securing neighborhoods’ and ‘confronting criminals.’ They all carried automatic assault weapons and had guns strapped to their legs. Their flack jackets were covered with pouches for extra ammunition. ‘This is a totally new thing to have guys like us working CONUS [Continental United States],’ another Blackwater contractor said… Blackwater president Gary Jackson told the Virginia Pilot that his men were heavily armed ‘because of the intel that we received,’ adding, ‘We did not risk assessment and decided we’re going to send guys in there for real.’ Jackson claimed Blackwater ‘basically secured’ the French Quarter – a claim hotly disputed by local law enforcement agents…

 

“On September 18, Blackwater estimated that it had 250 troops deployed in the region; a number Matthews said would continue to grow…

 

“By the end of 2005, in just three months the government had paid Blackwater at least 33.3 million for the its Katrina work for DHS [Department of Homeland Security]…By June of 2006, the company had raked in some $73 million from its Katrina work for the government – about $242,000 a day.”  --Jeremy Scahill, Blackwater: The Rise of the World’s Most Powerful Mercenary Army. “President Bush used the Katrina disaster to try to repeal the Pose Comitatus Act (the ban on using U.S. troops in domestic law enforcement), and Blackwater and other security firms initiated a push to install their paramilitaries on U.S. soil, bringing the war home in yet another ominous way. ‘This is a trend,’ said one Blackwater mercenary in New Orleans. ‘You’re going to see a lot more guys like us in these situations.”’ –Blackwater, 337.

 

ISI: Israeli Mercenaries

Operating in New Orleans

The Department of Homeland Security is run by the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, which is setting precedent by unleashing mercenary armies on the streets of a major American city, New Orleans.  Not only American mercenaries, but also Israeli mercenaries.

 

Another “approved vendor” operating in New Orleans is an Israeli mercenary force approved by the United States Government to supply Homeland Security services. This mercenary force is ISI, Instinctive Shooting International, made up of ‘veterans of the Israeli special task force from the following Israeli government bodies: Israel Defense Force (IDF), Israel National Police Counter Terrorism units, Instructors of Israel National Police Counter Terrorism units, General Security Services (GSS or ‘Shin Beit’) Other restricted intelligence agencies. The Israeli mercenaries were dresses in black and armed with M-16s. One, tapping his machine gun, said, “’Most Americans, when they see these things, that’s enough to scare them.”’ –Blackwater, 329.

 

Foreign Mercenaries On American Streets

Who ever would have thought that we would ever, in America, have US and foreign mercenary forces on the streets of America?

 

About 600 Blackwater Men

“A month after Katrina hit, Blackwater’s guards were also working the Hurricane Rita gravy train. At its high point the company had about 600 contractors deployed from Texas to Mississippi.” –Blackwater, 331.
